Edit Schedules
To begin Editing Schedules for a Division, click on the
Edit Schedules for
this Division icon from the Options column next to the Division's Name.
This will bring up a list of all the Schedules created for that particular
Division with the options to Print, Remove, or change the
Published Status of each Schedule.
Changing the Published Status of a Schedule sets whether or not the Schedule
can be seen by your Players. Setting a Schedule to Unpublished will not
completely delete a Schedule like the Remove option would, but instead just hides
it from the public until you decide to Publish it. To change the Published Status
of a Schedule set the checkbox option next to the word Published and then click
the Set Published Status button to finalize your selection.
To Remove a Schedule
completely click on the Remove link or icon next to the Schedule's Name. You will be asked
to confirm your selection.
WARNING: Removing a Schedule will also
Permanently Remove all
previously scheduled games associated with that Schedule.
To Print a Schedule, click on the Print Schedule
link or icon next to the Schedule's Name. A popup window will appear where you can fill
in any Notes you want printed along with the Schedule. You have the option of
notes specific to the Sport and notes specific to the Schedule. When you are finished
click the Show Schedule button. You can now use your web browser's print function to
print as many copies of the Schedule as you would like.
To Manually Edit a Schedule, click on the Schedule's Name. This will
open an editable version of the Schedule that will allow you to View Statistics,
Add Games, Remove Games, and Edit Games. There will be frequent reminders
for you to please notify Team Managers of any schedule change. This will bring up the
Team Managers Emailer to help avoid any
complications created by changing Schedules after they have been Published.
To View Statistics of Scheduled Teams based on Day, Field,
Time, and Position click on the View Statistics
link. This will open up a popup window where you can review the generated Statistics.
When you are finished, click the Close button to return to the Schedule Editor
page.
To Add a New Game to the Schedule click on the
Add Game link. This will open up a popup window with all the options necessary
for manually adding a new Game. Click on the button labeled Date to open
another popup window. Use the calendar navigation controls to set the appropriate month
and year and then click on the Date you wish the Game to be Scheduled.
You can also select the Game Time, Field, Teams, and Game Type
from the corresponding drop down lists. When you are finished click the Add Game button
to Schedule the Game, or click the Cancel button to return to the
Schedule Editor without adding a new Game.
To Remove a Game, click on the Remove Game link.
This will open up a popup window with a list of every game in the Schedule being
edited. Click on one of the Games listed to completely Remove it from the
Schedule. You will be prompted to confirm your selection. Click the Close
Window button when you are finished to return to the Schedule Editor.
To Edit an existing Game in the Schedule click on the Date
above Game you wish to modify. This will open a popup window similar to that of
Adding a New Game. Follow the same instructions above and only change the
details required. Click the Update Game button to save your changes, or click the
Cancel button to disregard any changes you have made.
Remove a Division
To Remove a Division that is no longer in use, simply click on the
Remove this Division icon from the Options column next to the
Division's Name. You will be shown a warning message and asked to confirm your
decision to Remove the Division.
WARNING: Removing a Division will also
Permanently Remove all
previously scheduled games, complexes, and fields associated with that Division.
